REGISTRATION SELYS MILONGUERO 2027
Encuentro Sélys Milonguero will take place at Hotel Van Der Valk Sélys Liège on 5, 6 and 7 March 2027.
The entrance fee of €150 per person includes admission to 5 milongas (+ after party?) with free drinks (water, coffee and tea), fruit and snacks. Alcoholic drinks are available at the hotel bar.
Please read the following points carefully and fill in the form below to register
- Registration is mandatory. It is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.
- Time of registration is not a criterion for admission to the event.
- Couples (M/F) have priority.
- Registering as a couple means both partners must fill in a registration form to have a valid registration. If either partner cancels, the other is automatically cancelled too.
- Singles are matched to achieve a balanced leader/follower level and otherwise placed on a wait list.
- Registrations for the event are NOT automatically accepted! We reserve the right to select participants to ensure a balance of different countries, leaders and followers and to maintain the good vibe of dancing and fun.
- Payment instructions will be sent upon acceptance of your registration. We do not send reminders. Your place may be lost and transferred to someone else if your payment is not received within 10 days. Payments before our notification of admission cannot be accepted.

- Refund of 80% until 2 January 2027 - 50% until 30 January 2027 - No refund possible after 30 January regardless the reason.
Hotel
Upon acceptance, you will receive a link to book your room directly with the hotel.
Double room with breakfast: €198 per night, for the nights of Friday and Saturday
Single room with breakfast: €174 per night, for the nights of Friday and Saturday
Dinner, including wine/water: €48 per person
Free access to the social SPA
* Additional nights can be booked at a later time (link with prices provided with payment invitation).
** Not included: city tax (€4,50/day), car parking (€22/day), additional nights.
You can choose to join dinner on Sunday for €25, including 1 glass of soft drink/beer/wine. There will be a choice between the local dish Liège meatballs or a vegetarian lasagne. Participation must be confirmed on arrival. Payment should be made upon entering the dining room.
